1. Acceptance

By using the Aile Yonetimi application, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the application.

Aile Yonetimi is a family organization service that helps family members manage communication, planning, tasks, shopping lists, calendars, finances, health notes, documents, child/baby/pet records, notifications, and optional location sharing.

3. Eligibility and Age

Aile Yonetimi is intended for users aged 13 and older. It is not intended for users under 13. Minors should use the app with the knowledge and supervision of their family.

4. Account Registration

To use the app, you must create an account with accurate and current information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activities performed through your account.

You must not create an account for another person without authorization, provide false or misleading information, or attempt to access another user's account.

5. Family Workspaces and Permissions

You may create family workspaces, invite family members, and share family-related data. Family administrators may manage members and certain family settings.

Content you add to or share within a family workspace may be visible to relevant family members. You are responsible for inviting only trusted people.

6. User Content

You are responsible for messages, photos, videos, voice recordings, documents, tasks, calendar entries, finance records, health records, and other content you add to the app.

You must not share:

Unlawful content.
Personal data of others without authorization.
Threatening, harassing, hateful, violent, or abusive content.
Content that infringes intellectual property or third-party rights.
Malware, spam, or content intended to misuse the system.

7. Chat and Media

Family chat is provided for communication among family members. Messages are not end-to-end encrypted. Users should be careful when sharing highly sensitive information.

Photos and voice recordings are automatically deleted after 30 days. Videos are automatically deleted after 10 days. This retention policy supports performance, storage safety, and data minimization.

Location sharing is off by default. Users may enable and disable it voluntarily. Timed sharing operates only for the selected duration.

Because location data may be shared with family members, users should use this feature only in trusted family workspaces. Aile Yonetimi is not an emergency service, tracking device, law enforcement service, or professional security service.

9. Health, Finance, and Reminders

Health, medication, appointment, finance, task, and calendar features are provided for personal tracking and family organization. Aile Yonetimi does not provide medical, financial, legal, or professional advice.

Health records do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment. In emergencies, users should contact qualified emergency or health services. Finance records are not official accounting, tax, or investment advice.

10. Notifications

If the user grants permission, the app may send push and in-app notifications for reminders, family activity, chat, location, and other app events. Notification delivery depends on device settings, internet connection, Apple/FCM services, and operating system behavior and is not guaranteed.

11. Data Export and Account Deletion

Users may export their data in JSON format and delete their accounts from within the app. Account deletion removes the personal account and certain user-specific data. Shared family records may be retained so remaining family members can continue using the service.

12. Backups and Service Continuity

Aile Yonetimi may use daily database backups and Hetzner snapshots for data safety and service continuity. Deleted data is removed from the active system and then from backups through the normal backup lifecycle.

The service may be interrupted due to maintenance, updates, internet outages, server issues, or third-party infrastructure problems.

13. Premium and Future Features

Premium subscription features may not be active yet. In the future, App Store subscriptions, AI-supported features, web panel, Apple Watch, Siri, widgets, desktop applications, or similar features may be offered. Additional terms, pricing, and cancellation rules may apply when these features become available.

14. Prohibited Uses

You must not use the app to:

Conduct unlawful activity.
Access other users' data without authorization.
Overload, disrupt, or exploit the system.
Create fake accounts, spam, or automated abuse.
Track, harass, threaten, or monitor others without permission.
Share sensitive data of children or other people without authorization.

15. Intellectual Property

The Aile Yonetimi name, software, interface, design, logo, and brand elements belong to the developer. Users receive only a personal, family-use right to use the app. The source code, design, and content may not be copied, distributed, or reverse engineered without authorization.

16. Limitation of Liability

Aile Yonetimi is provided with reasonable care but is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available. Users are responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter.

The app helps with family organization; it is not an emergency, professional medical, financial, legal, security, or official tracking service.

17. Suspension or Termination

Access may be restricted, suspended, or terminated if these Terms are violated, if there is a security risk, misuse, or suspected unlawful activity.

18. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated due to new features, legal requirements, or service changes. Significant changes may be announced in the app or on the website.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Turkey, subject to mandatory consumer protection rights where applicable.
