1. Delete your account in the app
You can permanently delete your Aile Yönetimi account directly in the app:
- Open the Aile Yönetimi app.
- Open Settings.
- Select the Privacy tab.
- Tap Delete My Account.
- Enter your password and confirm permanent deletion.
2. Data deleted
After deletion, the user account, sessions, device and notification tokens, user-specific preferences and records, and other personal data belonging only to that user are deleted or de-identified.
3. Shared family records
Calendar entries, tasks, shopping items, chats, or similar family records created jointly with other family members may be retained so the remaining family members can continue using the service. These records no longer provide active access to the deleted account.
4. Location and media retention
- Location history is retained for up to 15 days.
- Photos and voice recordings are retained for up to 30 days.
- Videos are retained for up to 10 days.
Users can also clear their location history earlier through Settings > Privacy > Clear My Location History.
5. Data export
Before deleting an account, users can download a copy of their personal data in JSON format through Settings > Privacy > Export My Data.
